01
Contact KerbFind Support
For help with KerbFind, email support@fishatech.com.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Fishatech will never ask for your Apple ID password.
02
Posting and listings
Contact support if you cannot create, upload, edit, repost, mark as collected or remove a listing. Before emailing, check that:
- KerbFind has permission to access the camera, selected photos and location features you are using;
- your internet connection is working;
- each listing photo and required field has been added; and
- you are signed in with Apple when posting or managing your own listings.
03
Subscriptions and paid features
KerbFind subscriptions and purchases are billed through Apple. You can review, change or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or open Apple subscription management.
If a paid KerbFind feature does not unlock after a successful purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app and then contact support with the purchase date and product name. Do not email payment-card details.
04
Account access and deletion
For sign-in trouble, confirm you are using the same Apple Account originally used with KerbFind.
You can start permanent deletion inside KerbFind by opening Menu → Account & Privacy → Your data controls → Delete my KerbFind data. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your account and explain that you are requesting account deletion.
Deleting a KerbFind account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscription billing separately through Apple.
05
Safety, reporting and blocking
Use the reporting and blocking controls in KerbFind when a listing or user appears unsafe, misleading, abusive or unlawful. For an urgent threat or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting for an app-support response.
For a report that needs further explanation, email support with the listing title, approximate location and a clear description of the concern. Avoid collecting or sending more personal information than necessary.
06
What to include in a support request
To help Fishatech investigate efficiently, include:
- a short description of what happened and what you expected;
- the KerbFind screen or feature involved;
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the approximate date and time of the problem; and
- a screenshot if it can be shared without exposing private information.
For information about personal data, read the Privacy Policy. The rules for using KerbFind are in the Terms of Use.
